Your challenge as a Business Analyst
With passion to optimize business processes, you solve pressing problems efficiently. Your role starts with providing new technological solutions. With razor-sharp insight, you outline strategies that allow companies to accelerate.
As a Business Analyst, you will take on the following challenges:
- Identifying and then prioritizing technical and functional requirements
- Creating a detailed business analysis outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Planning and monitoring of scopes
- Formatting Variance Analysis
- Pricing & reporting
- Identify business needs and feed them back to stakeholders
The profile of a Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst, you love to address bottlenecks in a business process in a targeted way. Be it outdated systems, changing technologies or flawed processes. With your insight, you bring IT and business administration together to put an organization back on the right track. You understand what the customer really wants, so you achieve the desired results. With your eagerness to learn, you keep track of changing business needs.
You possess the following talents:
- interpersonal and counseling skills
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Be detail-oriented and able to deliver a high degree of accuracy
- Knowledge of business structure
- Formatting different types of analysis that help you accurately dissect problems (stakeholder analysis, cost-benefit analysis, process modeling, etc.)
- Understanding networks, databases and other technology
- Excellent knowledge of English and good knowledge of Dutch
