An error message in Odoo: now what?

You are working in Odoo and suddenly you are greeted by an error message. It happens to everyone from time to time. Unfortunately, because of how complex software works, errors cannot be avoided. But how do you deal with that error message? As an Odoo Expert, we are happy to help you solve the problem. Reporting an error message in Odoo

When an error occurs, you will see the following screen. To report this problem as completely as possible, simply follow these three simple steps:

1. Take a screenshot using the snipping tool that comes standard in Windows. For Mac users, it's called "screenshot. You preferably select as much of your screen as possible so the support team knows which part of Odoo you were working in.

2. Copy the entire error code to your clipboard by clicking the green button in the error message.

3. Go to the SoHo Manager help desk. Here you paste the error code with some additional information if needed. Here you can also upload your screenshot as a file.
