Connecting Odoo 15 to Outlook Webmail

The new Odoo 15 brought many new features. One of them is the Office 365 Odoo plug-in. With this integration, you connect your Outlook Webmail to the CRM system. You then get the ability to link, for example, tickets and tasks to a contact person. This way, you keep spam and important mails separate.

The Add-On in action

When the plug-in is installed, a new icon becomes available in Outlook. When you click on it, you will see a window where you can perform different actions. Just like the classic ticket system, you can assign the ticket to an employee or to the help desk. The purpose of the feature is that you can handle important correspondence in the Odoo environment. This way, you immediately get an overview of what's left on your to-do list.
