Life as a Project Manager

You will be the link between the project team and our customers. You do this using our Project Management Module in Odoo. With this, you regularly report to stakeholders on project progress. With a critical eye, you identify and mitigate risks that affect successful delivery.
You will take on the following challenges:
  • Define project objectives, project scope, roles and responsibilities.
  • Determine requirements for resources and manage availability and allocation of resources - both internal and third party.
  • Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver the project within budget.
  • Creating a detailed project plan to plan key project milestones, workflows and activities.
  • Manage the delivery of the project according to the project plan.
  • Monitoring the project and regularly reporting on project status to the project team and key stakeholders.
  • Manage and adjust changes in project scope, schedule and/or budget.
  • Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders to ensure satisfactory delivery of the project.
  • Together with key people, you will keep our team and the client well informed of progress and any risks.

The profile of a Project Manager

Your talents:
  • As an IT Project Manager, you have strong technical skills and a solid understanding of software development.
  • Business and commercial understanding and excellent stakeholder management skills are essential.
  • Analytical skills are necessary to correctly identify risks and resolve any issues that may arise during the project.
  • Mathematical and budgeting skills.
  • Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A good communicator with effective stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
  • A good team player and an effective leader capable of motivating his project team.
