You
We start the project with a consultancy assignment. For SoHo Smart, this is budgeted at € 2,500.00. For this we perform the steps below. Your final commitment with a subscription and paying for hosting and licenses starts only when you go live.
Project Initiation Inquiry
You go over the online inquiry with us and compile a list of all necessary Odoo modules. The budget of licenses is set here. Much depends on the chosen modules and number of users. In the Smart formula we assume that with a good base you are starting from € 175.00 to € 250.00 / month and counting on 3 employees.
Server Setup
We will prepare a test server for use. This installation will have one Odoo environment for your Live and one Odoo environment for testing. You don't pay a subscription here yet!
We provide tips, help you get started with the DIY instructional videos and provide support on your email questions.
You start by following the online DIY instructional videos. You practice them in your test environment and ask questions to the community and our help desk.
You collect all the necessary data to import or enter into your live environment. You can start with it ahead of time if you think you have mastered it.
We go over all the requirements together in an online meeting and import the collected data into your live environment. Here we also determine what the real requirements are for your live server.
We clear the test environment and transfer what we set up together in the live to a new test environment.
You will be testing in the new dummy environment as if it were for real. You can still correct any adjustments in your live environment.
You decide when you are ready. This is where you start licensing Odoo for the modules used and number of users in your organization. You are now live!
We transfer your live and test environment to the final cloud server. From here the cloud subscription starts. This is charged monthly with Cats&Dogs (starts from € 79,00 / Month, rarely above € 140,00 / Month).
Your billing for licenses is made directly with Odoo. They provide you with the settlement with a 30-day payment period.
Together we got to know each other well. This is where we agree on how to proceed and what support formula you would like to provide. This mainly depends on the knowledge you have in-house, and if you or an employee will have time to help colleagues and keep them on track.
You may start a service contract which is set on a quarterly budget. For a SoHo Smart this usually starts from € 1,500.00 per quarter for a project of 1 to 5 employees.
Expanding Support & Succession
When you are satisfied, but you would like to go a few more steps beyond what we agreed on at the beginning. Then you can switch to the Advanced Smart formula. Here you can repeat the above steps for a budget of € 2,500.00 and together we will integrate additional modules.
Basic Smart
We talk about a risk investment when you're not sure what you need. That's why we at SoHo Manager believe in an entry-level budget for a software project such as an enterprise solution. You don't commit to 1-year or multi-year contracts until you're sure. And with SoHo Basic Smart you can estimate this perfectly.
Advanced Smart
The risk deposit also remains at € 2,500.00 with the Advanced! Because in theory you always start with the Basic. And only when you are satisfied you move on to the Advanced Smart. So why the Advanced? If you already know Odoo, or us, you can shorten the timeline. Otherwise, you might only be up to full speed after 6 months.
